Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. has launched the procedure in question following the provision of the General Manager of the ENAC prot. n. 37 of 15.7.2022, which confirms the provision prot. 27 of 13.10.2014, with which it was, among other things, arranged forFiumicino Airport "Leonardo da Vinci" the limitation to access to two operators under self -production regime, in possession of the class 1 certification, for the following categories of services referred to in Annex A of Legislative Decree n. 18/1999, below, the "limited services":
• luggage assistance(Legislative Decree no. 18/1999, attached A, Cat. 3);
• Assistance on the track operations (Legislative Decree no. 18/1999, attached A, Cat. 5), including freight assistance and posts regarding the physical treatment of the goods of the incoming mail, departure and transit between the aerostation and the aircraft (subcategory 5.4)and excluding transport, loading on the plane of food and drinks and the relative download (subcategory 5.7).
