PROCEDURE FOR PLANNING REGIONAL MARITIME CONNECTION SERVICES AND ASSIGNMENT OF MINIMUM MARITIME TRANSPORT SERVICES IN THE REGIONAL SCOPE MARKET TESTING FOR THE CREATION OF MINIMUM MARITIME CONNECTION SERVICES BETWEEN AND WITH THE ISLANDS OF ISCHIA, PROCIDA AND CAPRI, THROUGH SHIPS AND SPEED VESSELS, PURSUANT TO MEASURE 2, PARAGRAPH 4 OF RESOLUTION ART NO. 22/2019
The Agency regional ACaMIR was appointed by the Campania Region to plan the regional maritime connection services and to manage the entire process of awarding the minimum local maritime transport services (D.G.R. n. 337/2023 and n. 159/2024), in compliance with the indications contained in the Reg. EEC no. 3577/1992 of 7 December 2019, which establishes the principle of the freedom to provide maritime transport services within the Member States, and the timescales established by the sector legislation and the provisions of the Transport Regulatory Authority (ART Resolution 22/2019).
