- Preliminary market consultation. Azienda Zero plans to carry out a specific centralized tender procedure for the awarding of supplies for enteral nutrition, 3rd edition nutritional supplements. The procedure will be announced by the UOC CRAV of Azienda Zero in its capacity as ceregional purchasing body and aggregator body according to L.R. 25.10.2016, n. 19 and subsequent DGRV n. 1940/2017 for all ULSS companies in the Veneto Region. To this end, it is decided to initiate pursuant to art. 77 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 a preliminary market consultationto acquire useful information from potentially interested economic operators for the preparation of the tender documents and for the valorisation of the services covered by the contract in view of the choice of the procedure to be launched and the possible division into lots.
