- Electronic open tender procedure, pursuant to articles. 25 and 71 of the Legislative Decree. n. 36/2023 to be awarded according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer pursuant to art. 108 of Legislative Decree. 36/2023, for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, divided into n. 3 geographical lots, with aico economic operator for each lot, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree. n. 36/2023, for the assignment of Works and Services relating to the execution of geological, geognostic, geotechnical, geophysical, environmental, structural, archaeological investigations etc. and the performance of Technical Services asupport of the activities covered by the contract relating to the development of use plans, investigation and environmental characterization plans, attribution of waste hazardous characteristics, archaeological assistance, surveys of graved and bathymetric sections etc., works management and coordinationof safety during the execution of the investigations", identified within the "Strategic program for environmental redevelopment and combating the hydraulic risk of the Sarno river", to support and/or supplement the various funded projects.
