• This Notice of Preliminary Market Consultation is aimed at verifying the possible existence of the conditions for resorting to the negotiated procedure referred to in art. 76, paragraph 2, letter b) point 3) of the Code, for the assignment of the technical and methodological support service for the currencytion of the organizational positions of the Rai Group in favor of the company Korn Ferry Italia S.r.l.
  This consultation is, therefore, aimed at verifying:
  1) in relation to the services to be entrusted, the actual existence of the conditions of non-fungibility, or the possible existence on the market of8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6reasonable alternative solutions, i.e. services having technical specifications equivalent to those described in the attached document (Annex B Description of the service) equally suitable to adequately satisfy the needs of the Contracting Authority;
  2) in relation to the identified supplier, the andeffective existence of the conditions of exclusivity, or whether economic operators other than Korn Ferry Italia S.r.l. are present on the market. and nevertheless in possession of the skills and authorizations necessary for the provision of the aforementioned services.
