• PRELIMINARY MARKET CONSULTATION, PURSUANT TO ART 77, LEGISLATIVE DECREE. 31 MARCH 2023, N. 36, OF A NON-BINDING NATURE, AIMED AT VERIFYING THE REFERENCE MARKET FOR THE SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT... With this public notice we intend to: Experience a verification of the current potential of the reference market and any available solutions; Detect the actual existence of multiple economic operators potentially interested in the provision of services covered by this consultation and in able to carry out all the required activities as they possess the necessary requirements; Guarantee maximum publicity for the initiative itself, in order to ensure the widest dissemination of information and obtain the most effective participation from part of the interested parties. This notice is not directly aimed at the awarding of a contract and does not constitute - in any way - an invitation to participate in a public tender, nor an offer to the public (ex. art. 1336 c.c.). The participants in the market consultation thus announced will not acquire any right to take part in any procedure that the Agency will have the right to initiate following the outcome of the consultation itself. The expression of interest presented by the economic operator, therefore, it does not bind in any way the Agency which reserves the right to suspend, extend, modify and/or cancel the consultation relating to this public notice and/or not to follow up on the announcement of a possible subsequent procedure of assignment, without the requesting parties being able to claim any right or claim, not even pursuant to articles. 1337 and 1338 of the civil code.
