Preliminary market consultation pursuant to articles 77 and 78 of the New Contract Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) aimed at ascertaining the non-fungibility of the DEVELOPMENT, MAINTENANCE, TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE SERVICE ON THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE HYPERSIC(c) - intellectual property of the AP Company41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365KAPPA S.r.l. and by virtue of exclusive contracts within the Sardinia Region to the economic entity ARIONLINE S.R.L. of Cagliari and therefore confirm in this sense the existence of the conditions that allow, pursuant to art. 76 paragraph 2 lett. B) of Legislative Decree 36/2023, recourse to procedure nonegotiated without prior publication of a call for tenders for the assignment of the same services for 48 months and check whether there are other economic operators who can perform the aforementioned services.
