Preliminary market consultation aimed at the possible acquisition, through a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a call for tenders, pursuant to art. 63 paragraph 2 lett. b of Legislative Decree 18 April 2016 n. 50, of the accelerator Full-Risk assistance and maintenance servicethe VARIAN linear and related information system (Ref. Resolution no. 2079 of 12.28.2022).
Reason for the publication: with this notice we intend to start a preliminary market consultation in order to know if, differently from the information held by this Contracting Authority,other Economic Operators in addition to those indicated below, can provide the services that meet the characteristics indicated below:
1.Full-Risk assistance and maintenance service of the VARIAN linear accelerators and related information system for the following equipment:
