ARES Sardinia, as part of the management and operational continuity activities of the systems regional health information, announces the intention to start a procedure for the assignment of the application and system maintenance and assistance service of the main platforms in use by the SSR bodies. The service includes corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance and specialist support for EHR systems and sub-modules, Bed Management, LIS and specialist modules, ESB and regional central systems, including CDR Repository, Registry, Centralized Registry, Consent Manager, clinical collaboration, Business Intelligence and Territorial Medical Record and submodules. The scope also includes the basic system application architecture, databases and operating systems, with reference to Production environments, Disaster Recovery and Testing, in order to guarantee operational continuity, security and adequate levels of service, in compliance with current legislation and the principles of transparency, competition and non-discrimination.
