Description:
The University "G. d'Annunzio" of CH/PE launches with this notice a market survey for the verification of the uniqueness of the supplier aimed at awarding, pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 2, lett. b), points 2) and 3) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, of the aforementioned supply. During the investigation, withdeclaration of uniqueness and exclusivity the company PERKIN ELMER Italia S.p.A., has declared that the Operetta CLS System Full Configuration is produced and marketed solely and exclusively by the same and that the product has characteristics that make it unique. The University has iidentified, therefore, in the aforementioned Company, the only supplier for the supply of the above. The objective of this notice is to verify whether there are other economic operators who are able to offer equipment with the same characteristics as those supplied by the aforementioned companyto. The University, therefore, with this notice intends to verify the non-fungibility of the supply
