Preliminary market consultation aimed at the possible acquisition, by negotiated procedure without
prior publication of a call for tenders, pursuant to art. 63 paragraph 2 lett. b of Legislative Decree 18 April 2016
n. 50, Full-Risk maintenance service on large equipment/imtears (Ref. Del. n. 2082 and 2083 of
12.18.2019).
Reason for the publication: with this notice we intend to start a
preliminary market consultation in order to know if, differently from the information in possession of this
Contracting Authority, other Economic Operators as well41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365to those indicated below, can provide the services that
satisfy the characteristics indicated below:
1. Maintenance service to be carried out as an all-inclusive fee contract
(maintenance on breakdown, periodic maintenance, spare parts supply, quality controls, etc.) for
the following equipment:
• Producer/Manufacturer: SIEMENS HEALTHINEERS S.P.A.
• Model: ECLIPSE RD CYCLOTRON cyclotron and Pharmtracer synthesis module for c11
RADIUS;
• Estimated annual amount presumptively excluding VAT: € 150,000.00
2. Maintenance service to be performed as contract aall-inclusive fee
(maintenance following breakdowns, periodic maintenance, supply of spare parts, quality controls, etc.) for
the following equipment:

• Model:Various equipment for radiation protection and quality controls in medicine
