"MSC CRUISES S.A.", with registered office in Avenue Eugene-Pittard 16, 1206, Geneva (Switzerland), in the person of its legal representative, with request acquired in the documents of the Entity's protocol no. 20230033752 dated 26.10.2023, subsequently integrated with a protocol note. n.20230037372 of 11.29.2023, to the spursuant to the art. 36 et seq. of the Navigation Code, has requested the release for a period of 25 (twenty-five) years of a state maritime concession on a series of assets/areas, all falling within the jurisdiction of this AdSP, for the purpose of carrying out the activities ofexclusive support for cruise ships that need to moor in the reference ports (Bari and Brindisi).
