Description:
The contract consists in the supply of a used self-propelled wheeled port crane ready for delivery, ex quay, to be used at the port of Termini Imerese for container handling (loading and unloading) on container ships. For the description of the technical characteristics of thecrane, equipped with all the safety devices required by current safety legislation, please refer to the Technical Data Sheet (attached to the tender documentation).
The.O.E. with the presentation of the offer, he accepts the conditions of execution of the contract, without any reservations. The PRmain station consists of the supply.
In compliance with the provisions of article 8, co. 1 lit. b), of Legislative Decree 76/2020, converted into law with modification by Law 120/2020, considering the timing of implementation of the intervention in question, under penalty of loss of funding, thecan reduce the procedural terms referred to in articles 60, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016
