Description:
The contract consists of the supply of a used self-propelled wheeled port crane ready for delivery, to be used at the port of Termini Imerese for the handling of containers (embarkation and disembarkation) on container ships. For the description of the technical characteristics of the crane, equipped withall safety devices required by current safety legislation, please refer to the Special Specifications (attached to the tender documentation).
The.O.E. by submitting the offer, you accept the conditions of execution of the contract, without any reservations.
In accordance with thisanto foreseen by art.8, co. 1 letter b), of Legislative Decree 76/2020, converted into law with amendment by Law 120/2020, considering the implementation times of the intervention in question, under penalty of loss of financing, the reductions in the procedural terms referred to in articles 60 will apply ,8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6comma 3 del D.lgs. 50/2016.
