- The contract consists of the supply of a newly manufactured self-propelled wheeled port crane, ex-dock, to be used at the port of Termini Imerese for the handling of containers (embarkation and disembarkation) on container ships. The spreader is included in the supply. For the descriptionand the technical characteristics of the crane, equipped with all the safety devices required by current safety regulations, please refer to the tender documentation.

In compliance with the provisions of art.8, co.1 lett. b), of Legislative Decree 76/2020, converted into law with amendment by Law 120/2020, considering the implementation times of the intervention in question, under penalty of loss of financing, yesapply the reductions in procedural terms referred to in articles 60, co 3 of the Legislative Decree. 50/2016.
