- The project, as better described in the tender documents, must be drawn up with the methods and documentation set forth in art. 41-44 and annex I.7, to art. 41 paragraph 15 and Annex I.13 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 as well as on the basis of the technical documentation relating to the approved PFTE and what isestablished in the Tender Notice and Regulations. The design will be divided into two phases: the 1st will consist of an update to the PFTE currently implemented and approved according to the old Code 50/2016 and which will be updated with the documents referred to in Annex I.13 of Legislative Decree 36/ 2023; the aforementioned elaborted will constitute the prerequisite for the request for opinions and acts of assent, and for the start of the expropriation procedures. The 2nd consists of the Executive Project, as described by the Code.
