The Municipality of Sondrio has called tender to the open procedure, at European level, through Sintel platform, for the assignment of the technical services of engineering and architecture of adaptation design of technical and economic feasibility, executive design including the coordination for safety during the design phase, relating to the regeneration of the ex -regeneration Psychiatric hospital of Sondrio, the fulcrum of a new vision of integrated policies - (in single lot).
Technical services are provided as optional of the management of the works, accounting and coordination for safety in the execution phase on construction sites. Such performances relating to contract optional will be entrusted only where the contracting authority intends within the maximum period of 30 days following the positive verification of the executive project and, in any case, no later than 360 days from the stipulation of the initial contract, to resort to activation, by means of a specific additional act, of the option provided for in the tender documents pursuant to art. 120 paragraph 1 lett. a) of the code, according to the terms regulated therein.
