PA n.80/2024 Framework agreement for the purchase of up to a maximum of n. 31 18 meter powered busesmethane gas ion and optional full service maintenance service Open procedure pursuant to art. 155 of Legislative Decree 36/2023. Special sectors.
Supply of articulated buses approximately 18 meters long powered by methane gas and optional ten-year full service maintenance service, as detailedlied in the special tender specifications.
In consideration of the approval process of the regional funding for the purchase in question, the definitive award will be finalized only following the completion of the aforementioned process and the obtaining of the related funding.
The procedure ch8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6and provides for a Framework Agreement lasting 48 months with a single operator, and one or more application contracts, is structured as follows:
a) stipulation of a framework agreement for n. 31 buses;
b) stipulation of a first certain application contract for n. 22 buses;
c) stipulation of an optional contract for the serviceio of ten-year full service maintenance;
d) stipulation of one or more subsequent application contracts for further no. 9 buses and, always optional, ten-year full service maintenance service.
The signing of the Framework Agreement and the first application contract does not determine any obligationer GTT to stipulate the second application contract nor will failure to stipulate give any right to the successful tenderer of the Framework Agreement to compensation or compensation.
