Description:
Open procedure above the community threshold, pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, divided into n. 4 lots. The Service provides for ordinary and extraordinary, corrective and evolutionary maintenance interventions, also of an urgent nature, which cannot be programmed in advance and/or is not preventative.quantifiable minds of electrical, audio and video systems. The Service will be requested through the activation of tickets, each of which includes a set of activities (also including cabling interventions and Video, Audio, Data and Energy installations, with modifications and adjustments to thetechnical workers) which is estimated to require 4 continuous working hours.
In order to fully exploit the advantages of this type of contract and mitigate the risks of any needs arising that were not previously planned or plannable, the Total Amount of the contract is not subject to reimbursementace, while the contractual prices will be determined on the basis of the single discount offered in the tender on the unit price of the single ticket based on the tender. The estimated quantities based on the auction for ticketed maintenance interventions may therefore increase in relation to the single discount ppercentage offered, up to the maximum amount foreseen for the specific item.
