Supply of CAR-T cells for research projects
Construction of 4 CARs (Chimeric Antigen Re8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6ceptor) second generation in custom format. The aforementioned CAR constructs must be composed of the following parts:
- scFv resulting from the association of VH and VL sequences. All sequences must be protected by a non-disclosure and non-use agreement which will be signed by the Opeconomic erator following the award of the tender;
- hinge: CD8;
- transmembrane portion: CD8;
- costimulatory molecule: CD28 or 4-1BB;
- intracellular portion: CD3Z.
For each of the 4 constructs, the lentiviral vector (10 yg) containing the CAR coding sequence.
