Description: The home care service (SAD) consists of a complex of interventions and services, of a socio-assistance nature, delivered to the home of the elderly, disabled and generally "fragile" subjects, at risk of marginalization. The interventions provided in the field of home care services have therefore as a priority purpose the stay at their home, or at the domicile of the family nucleus of belonging, of disabled citizens, adults and elderly in conditions of partial or total non-self-sufficiency to social services, in full respect of their self-determination. They are fundamental assumptions:
- the activation of the network of social health services and integration between them,
- strengthening the family network and volunteering.
