The contract concerns the provision of professional services aimed at supporting services municipal social in the context of the exercise and development of the function of the contrast to poverty in the territory of the Municipalities of the Pioltello, Segrate, Vimodrone and Rodano.
The activities envisaged, implementing the national and regional Judas lines to combat poverty, are aimed at contrasting the phenomenon of poverty considering poverty as the "lack of resources for the maintenance of their own and their family", but above all as the symptoms of less tangible and observable poverty: the poverty of skills, the absence of family and solidarity ties, the absence of social network, poverty cultural and the consequent educational poverty, poverty in terms of absence of possibility of reintegration often caused by a structural deficit of the welfare system.
