Description:
The procedure is aimed at concluding a QA, pursuant to art. 54, c 4, lit. a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, concerning the rental of prefabricated modules for school use in emergency events, following the declaration of a state of emergency, for the Amms entitled to use the QA(Pres Council of Ministers - Civil Protection Department or individual delegated Commissioners, such as Regions/Provinces/Municipalities, or other subjects in charge of emergency management, hereinafter referred to as "Administrations"), and is to be understood as including:
-Planning executive of foundation structures41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365construction and elevation, of the systems and any urbanization and arrangement works in the school settlement areas;
-Works for the construction of the foundations, urbanization and arrangement in the school settlement areas;
-Rental of prefabricated modules for school use(supply, transport, assembly, extraordinary maintenance and possible dismantling and collection)
