The initiative includes:
For the Bank of Italy.
a paid public cloud service of the Software as a Service (SaaS) type configured to be completely independent from the operation of the Institute's IT systems for communication management in emergency with no. 7,100 subscriptions, according to the multi-channel logic, which can be increased by a further 1,800 units with a consequent increase in fee;
a body test environment sized for the management of n. 100 users;
initial specialist services to assist with activation and customization of the operating environmenttive and staff training;
an annual quantity of SMS messages and telephone calls included in the fee for the above service with the option to extend the quantities based on consumption with 40 packages of 10,000 additional SMS and n. 8 packages of 10,000 additional "voice calls";
serviceof specialist assistance on a pay-as-you-go basis up to a maximum of 160 person-hours.
For IVASS.
the public cloud service for a fee referred to above with no. 420 subscriptions according to the multi-channel logic, which can be increased by a further 150 units with a consequent increase in fee;
an annual quantityand SMS messages and telephone calls included in the fee for the aforementioned service.
