N. 36/2023 AND S.M.I., FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF TWO YEARS, FOR THE SUBSIDIARY OF BRIANZA ENERGIA AMBIENTE S.P.A., BEA GESTIONI S.P.A., OF THE TRANSP... The contract concerns the transport service and treatment aimed at recovering waste (Code E.E.R. 19.01.12) produced by the waste-to-energy plant, located in (20832) Desio (MB), Via Gaetana Agnesi, n. 272, owned by the contracting authority, Brianza Energia Ambiente S.p.A. and managed by the company BEA Gestioni S.p.A., controlled pursuant to art. 2359 c.c. by the aforementioned Brianza Energia Ambiente S.p.A. - which manages the aforementioned plant on the basis of a business unit rental contract.
