Description: The contract concerns the supply of a loan aimed at ensuring the exercise by the unique buyer of the functions of central Italian storage body (OCSIT) as provided by Legislative Decree 31.12.2012 n. 249. The funding has the characteristics referred to in articles 2447-bis and 2447-decies of the Civil Code, as it will be destined exclusively to financially supporting the activities of OCSIT and, in particular, that relating to the purchase of specific stocks, including the refinancing of the eventual debt for the purchase Specific stocks.
