Description:
Client: Municipality of Faenza - European tender for open procedure for the assignment of service relating to architecture and engineering for planning technical feasibility, executive design, works management and safety coordination in execution of the municipal library - Atuss Project: Next Generation EU "in the heart of the city" - Project for the renewal and expansion of the cultural center of the municipal library through the restoration and functional adjustment of the major cloister and the minor cloister of the former convent of the servants of Mary including the change of destination Of use of the abandoned state archive. The description of the services, the methods of performing the services and activities required and the obligations to be paid by the successful tenderer are illustrated in the specifications. The overall maximum value of the contract, pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, for the services in question to be entrusted is estimated at € 679,637.73 including the honor, accessory and expenses, net of VAT and social security and welfare contributions, with safety charges for interference risks equal to € 0.00, of which € 49,800.40 for mandatory optional services and € 104,972.89 for sums available for variations pursuant to art. 120, co. 9, Legislative Decree 36/2023.
