Description:
Client: Union of Romagna Faentina. The contract has as its object the entrusting of the management, under contract regime, of educational support services aimed at pre -adolescents and adolescents, in accordance with the provisions of regional law no. 14/2008, aimed at promoting thesocialization and the promotion of the youthful eagge. The description of the services, the methods of execution of the services and activities requested and the obligations paid by the successful tenderer are illustrated in the specifications.
The consequent contract will last 2 years, with effect from the datesubscription. The Union of Romagna Faentina reserves, upon technical-economic investigation, the possibility of renewing the contract for a period of equal duration (two years), to the same agreements and conditions. It is also the faculty of the union to request an extension of the contractaimed at carrying out or completion of the procedure for entrusting the new contract for a period, however, not exceeding 6 months, at the prices, agreements and conditions established in the contract. The overall amount of the contract referring to the two -year duration is estimated, indicatively, in €421.039.10 (excluding VAT) (including charges for safety by Duvri interference). The maximum overall value of the contract, pursuant to art. 14 of the Code including any renewal, including the extension option and the fifth of the obligation, is estimated at € 1,136,805.56 (excluding VAT).S...
