This procedure is aimed at conclusion, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 4, lett. a) of the code, of a multi -operator framework agreement, to be stipulated with n. 2 (two) economic operators, to whom to entrust the execution of specific orders in compliance with the conditions set out in the attached framework agreement. In particular, this contract has ad the subject of the verification service, pursuant to art. 42 of the Code, also for the purposes of validation, of executive projects relating mainly extraordinary maintenance interventions to be carried out at public residential construction complexes.
