Description:
This contract, divided into two lots, has as its object the assignment to a single operator for each lot of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, concerning the services summarized below:
a) Lot 1 CIG 985353959D: Reception servicesence and assistance to the public, as well as ticket office and bookshop services, to be carried out as part of the activities managed by Zetema in places such as, by way of example but not limited to, museums, archaeological areas, public places, etc.
b) Lot 2 CIG 9853552059: Information services41042ad53247f54a3e573a8c87482365and cultural services to be held at the Tourist Infopoints and the Contact Center 060608 managed by Zetema and at the arrivals area of Terminals 1 and 3 of Fiumicino Airport as a reception point for tourists.
