Open procedure for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with a single Economic Operator, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and ss. mm. ii. for the assignment of the service of "1) REMOVAL, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF CARCASSES, PARTS OF ANIMALS AND FOODS DEEMED NOT EDIBLE AND FROM ELIMINATE AT AN AUTHORIZED PLANT; 2) DEPOPULATION ACTIVITIES PURSUANT TO ART. 18 OF REG CE 1099/2009; 3) ACTIVITIES OF SUPPORT FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF CARCASSES OF DOGS AND CATS; 4) SUPPLY OF A SECTORY ROOM; 5) PPE SUPPLY; 6) ACTIVITY OF SUPPORT TO THE CADAVERIC DIAGNOSTICS OF SYNANTROPES, DOGS AND CATS ", for a duration of 36 months, single lot, with award pursuant to art. 95, co. 2, of the Code according to the OEPV criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to Articles 44, 52, 58, 60 and 95 of the Codice
