Open procedure for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with two economic operators pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 4 letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 for the assignment of the collection, transport and disposal service of leachate from landfill EER 190703 This Framework Agreement concerns the withdrawal service, transport and disposal at authorized treatment plants of the leachate produced by the post-management landfill of Fagagna (code EER 19 07 03). The service must be carried out in compliance with the requirements outlined in this PROJECT OF SERVICE and with the provisions of current national and regional laws and decrees LANDFILL LEACHATE COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL SERVICE EER 19 07 03 The Framework Agreement concerns the collection, transport and disposal service at plants of authorized treatment of the leachate produced by the post-management landfill of Fagagna (code EER 19 07 03). The service must be carried out in compliance with the requirements outlined in this SERVICE PROJECT and with the provisions of the current national and regional laws and decrees.
