Description:
The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic has announced, pursuant to art. 55 of the administration and accounting regulations and art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, an open procedure for the awarding of the supply of CISCO and VMWARE systems and equipment as detailed in the chapterspecial olate. This contract implements the Administration's proposed intervention for the strengthening of cybersecurity pursuant to measure "55" of the Implementation Plan as part of the National Cybersecurity Strategy 2022-2026 and is financed by the implementation fundone of the national cybersecurity strategy, established with art. 1, paragraph 899 of Law no. 197 of 2022. For this procedure the following apply: administration and accounting regulation of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic; rules of legislative decree n.36/2023 es.m.i. and other laws and regulations expressly referred to.
