OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE AWARDING OF THE RECOVERY, STORAGE AND PURCHASE SERVICE OF VEHICLES SUBJECT TO ADMINISTRATIVE SEIZURE, DETENTION OR CONFISCATION MEASURES PURSUANT TO ART. 214 BIS OF THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE. N. 285/92 PROVINCIAL TERRITORIAL AREA OF LECCE
Upon express request by the BodyAscertainer, the custodian-purchaser will have to arrange for the recovery of the vehicles to be kept in cases in which the owner or the person obliged to take care of the vehicle refuses to transfer the vehicle to a place not subject to public passage or in cases in which, despite having the subjects mentioned,taken into custody, the confiscation order has become definitive. After the recovery of the vehicles, the purchasing custodian will have to ensure their safekeeping in the depot(s) indicated in the technical offer. The latter must be located within the territorial areaand for which we compete. The custodian-purchaser has the obligation to purchase, even for the sole purpose of scrapping, the vehicles subjected to: administrative seizure, in the cases referred to in paragraphs 5 and 8 of the art. 213 of Legislative Decree no. 285/92 and subsequent amendments; under administrative arrest, pursuant to art. 214 of the legislative decreegs. n. 285/92 and subsequent amendments; to confiscation. The activities planned for the successful tenderer and to be carried out within the provincial territory of Lecce are clearly explained in the technical specifications.
