Description: this contract has as its object the assignment of the management service of the municipal swimming system located in via Castiglione della Pescia n ° 4, including the green area of relevance, sports, technical-operational, ordinary maintenance activities and cleaning the structure.
All plants are accompanied by the necessary tools, changing rooms, services and first aid rooms, as per the plan attached to the specifications.
The assignment of management does not entail the payment by the successful tenderer of any fee or other economic burden in favor of the Municipality.
The concessionaire will have to pay to the Municipality as manager, the fees due for the consumption of thermal energy taken from the district heating network to which the swimming pool is connected.
