Open procedure for the assignment of the unarmed supervisory service in the presence of the Fondimpresa headquarters
This procedure concerns the assignment of a contract concerning the CPV category 98341140-8 Supervisory services of buildings, ATECO code 80.01.21.The Fondimpresa staff is composed of about n. 108 units including the managerial body. On average at the Fondimpresa office there is a daily presence of about half of the staff. The frequency of the access of external guests is on average by about n. 6 per day. The service subject to this procedure must be lent by n. 2 employees from Monday to Friday in the following time slots: -1 employee: from 6:00 to 20: 00; -2 employee: from 9:00 to 16: 00; for an annual total of 5,250. The following additional activities: -n. 1 employee in the time slot from 20:00 to 22:00 for a maximum annual total of 263 hours; -n. 1 employee in one or more hours of the days of Saturday, Sunday, holidays and company closing in the time slot from 6:00 to 20:00 for a total Maximum annual of 263 Orese refers in general to the technical specifications attached to the tender regulations.
