Description:
open procedure for the award of spaces located in the stations of the Rome Metro, Lines A, B-B1 and C, to be used for the installation and operation of vending machines for drinks and snacks, lasting five years, after a period of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract for0ac0b6b42e0325ef021e03aebd263cd1complete installation and commissioning of vending machines, to be carried out with the e-procurement system. The Successful Bidder must undertake to supply:
hot drinks;
non-alcoholic cold drinks (carbonated and non-carbonated, fruit juices and / or fruit-based drinks, mineral water gsoda and non-carbonated, prepackaged ice creams);
sweet and savory pre-packaged solid foods (snacks).
The assignment is understood to refer to the consistency of the spaces, as shown in Annex 1 of the specifications, to the date of stipulation of the contract and to all subsequent spaces that will be indeidentified in the underground lines managed by ATAC, which may be requested by the Successful bidder and authorized by ATAC.
The number of spaces may undergo increases, following requests from the successful tenderer, or decreases, for technical reasons, in compliance with the provisions ofSpecifications.
The procedure will be awarded on the basis of the highest single percentage increase on the auction base amount set for the three types of spaces within the structures referred to in art. 1 of the Specifications. Decreasing offers are not allowed.
