MANAGEMENT SERVICE OF THE SHELTER KENNEL AND THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH KENNEL
Open procedure for the assignmentor of the "Management of the Municipal Sanitary Kennel and Sanitary Kennel" service located in C.da Casa Calva" lasting 3 (three) years to be carried out pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023
The object of this contract is the assignment of the management of the Shelter Kennel and the Health Kennel for theduration of 3 years, according to performance obligations set out in detail in the art. 4 of the Specifications. The successful tenderer will be entrusted as a priority with the assistance, care and maintenance of the dogs hosted at the Shelter Kennel and the Sanitary Kennel. The contract consists of a single lot sincehe the character of unitarity is imposed by the object of the contract itself and by the executive methods arising from the material and legal situations of the places in which to operate. Furthermore, the merger into a single lot is linked to the need to coordinate the various activities covered by the contractunitary, ensuring its correct execution, more effective use of the complex of activities into which the contract is divided and to achieve consequent cost savings, through global management of the service.
