Open procedure, pursuant to articles. 60 and 114 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as derogated from the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 77 of 2021, converted, with amendments, by law no. 108 of 2021, and by the legislative decree of 24 February 2023, n. 13, for the assignment of the construction works of thethe "Works functional to the "Sorso" purification scheme (n. 10 PRRA) - II lot Condotte (2nd lot 2nd excerpt)" ID 2004-484 - with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer on the basis of the best quality/ price. Intervention financed with:
•Three-year Operational Program 2004-2006,year 2004, as reformulated with DCI EGAS n. 45 of 11/29/2017 (€5,639,901.60);
•Decree no. 262 of 08/08/2023 of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security (PNRR) - Code: PNRR-M2C4-I4.4_DEP440000287 (€7,360,098.00).
