Description:
Open procedure pursuant to art. 71 for the annual supply and in administration, possibly extendable of an additional 12 months, of nutrients for artificial nutrition "bis" necessary for the health structures of the ASL Napoli 1 Center and to the entitled personnel.
Tender procedure, Divided into 84 lots, to be won according to the criterion of the lower price pursuant to art. 108, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023.
Limited to the lots from 62 to Lot 84 the award will take place through the conclusion of the framework agreement pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree no. 36 of 2023.
Basic amount Auction for the annual supply of € 2,436,924.30 plus VAT - estimated global amount € 5,361,233.46 plus VAT.
