ATS Citta Metropolitana di Milano needs to identify, through a specific procurement procedure, an economic operator to which to entrust both the construction and customization services and the additional and complementary services, detailed below, of a web-based software applicationwhich allows the computerized management of the tender procedures and public selections of the Agency relating to the management of applications in the various procedural phases, including the archiving of the related documentation generated.
