- Supply of a thin film deposition cluster system based on physical deposition that integrates the following systems in a nitrogen-conditioned glovebox: thermal evaporation system for metals, oxides and organic materials, sputtering system and system for atomic layer deposition. Suchintegrated system will be used for the fabrication of thin film devices such as perovskite solar cells.
