Global Service for the maintenance management of the properties of the Rai Marche regional offices and Emilia Romagna.
The total estimated amount of the contract, for both lots of the tender, is equal to € 611,139.50, excluding VAT of which € 406,893.00, VAT excluded for the contractually scheduled duration of 12 months from the date of completion of contracts and € 203,446.50, VAT excluded for the possible exercise of the option of the option of Extension of an additional 6 months (12+6), and is thus divided by each lot:
1) total amount of € 277,249.00, VAT excluded divided into € 263,664.00 for scheduled services ("fee") and € 13,185.00 for extraordinary services ("on request"), and € 400.00 for charges safety deriving from interference risks;
2) total amount of € 333,890.50, VAT excluded divided into Euro 317,610.00 for scheduled services ("fee") and € 15,880.50 for extraordinary services ("on request"), and € 400.00 for deriving security charges from risk of interference;
