Open procedure above the community threshold, pursuant to of the art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, divided into n. 4 lots, for the assignment of the operation and maintenance service of the electrical systems installed at the Rai facilities in Rome, Naples, Milan and Turin Operation and maintenance service of electrical systems installed at the Rai facilities in Rome, Naples, Milan and Turin, for a duration of 36 months with the option of extension for a further 24 months (maximum duration 60 months). The performance of the service consists of the operation of the systems (with continuous presence), ordinary maintenance with associated services and any extraordinary maintenance (upon Rai request). The estimated maximum amount of the contract (for all lots) is equal to 15,699,816.04 euros, net of VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions [of which €9,615,985.04 for the contractually envisaged duration of 36 months starting from the date of completion and €6,083,831.00 for the possible exercise of the extension option for a further 24 months (36+24)]. The procedure includes a ban on multiple awards, pursuant to art. 58, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, as better specified in the tender documentation. There are no limits on participation in the lots. In order to guarantee the quality of service is expected, pursuant to art. 108, paragraph 7 of the Code, a minimum threshold for the technical score equal to 35 points. Information...
