Open procedure above the community threshold pursuant to of the art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, divided into n. 2 lots, for the assignment of the maintenance service of the anti-intrusion, video surveillance (CCTV) and fire detection systems at the Rai facilities in Rome, Naples, Milan and Turin Service of ordinary maintenance and associated services (for a fee) and on-demand maintenance of the anti-intrusion and video surveillance (CCTV) and automatic fire detection systems at the Rai facilities in Rome, Naples, Milan and Turin. The amount The estimated maximum total of the contract for both lots is equal to a total of €1,645,898.00, net of VAT and/or other legal taxes and contributions [of which €987,058.00, excluding VAT for the contractually envisaged duration of 36 months to starting from the date of completion €658,040.00, excluding VAT for the possible exercise of the extension option for a further 24 months (36+24) plus a total of €800.00 for security charges for interference risks not subject to a downturn], and is divided as follows for each lot: lot no. 1 (Rome and Naples) total amount equal to Euro 1,032,554.00, VAT excluded, divided as follows: -Euro 860,045.00 for scheduled services ("fee-based"); -Euro 172,009.00 for extraordinary services (“a request”); -Euro 500.00 for security costs deriving from interference risks. lot no. 2 (Milan and Turin) total amount equal to Euro 613,344.00, VAT ...
