Open European procedure in electronic mode for the procurement of "financial consultancy services aimed at drafting asset liability management (ALM) and monitoring and controlling the risk of the securities portfolio of the Cassa Nazionale del Notariato" for a period of two years withpossibility of repeating similar services for a further two years
The Cassa Nazionale de Notariato intends to entrust the financial consultancy services aimed at drafting the asset liability management (ALM) and monitoring and controlling the risk of the securities portfolio of Cassa Nof the Notary.
The estimated starting price for the two-year period is set at a total of €190,000.00 plus VAT as required by law. The activities covered by the contract do not give rise to interfering risks, therefore there is no obligation to draw up the DUVRI. From the checks carried out it appears thatthe security charges for interference risks (not subject to reduction) are therefore equal to €0.00.
The total amount which also takes into account the possible application of the art. 76, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 is equal to €380,000.00 plus VAT as required by law.
For the purposes of the art. 14, combut 4, of the Code, the maximum estimated value of the contract is equal to a total of €427,500.00 plus VAT in accordance with the law, calculated taking into account the amount used as the basis for the tender for a two-year period (€190,000.000), of the possible repetition of similar services for a two-year period (€190,000.000) and...8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6
