Framework agreement with a single economic operator, Pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 3 of the Code, concerning the "on request" service for the movement of material - including the one for scenotechnical use, musical instruments, furnishings, various equipment and anything else - for the needs of the Rome TV production center connected to the realization of the Sanremo Festival at the offices affected by the Festival (theater Ariston near Sanremo; Sanremo Casino and neighboring areas; Palafiori; Villa Ormond).
The estimated value represents the maximum amount of the relative framework agreement and is not subject to reduction; this amount is in no way demanding or binding for Rai. The actual amounts of the services to be performed will be determined during the stipulation of the implementing contracts by applying the hourly cost resulting from the application of the discount offered in the tender to the quantities that will be necessary in the course of valid of the Framework Agreement.
