• Description:
• The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), with its Headquarters located in Brindisi, Italy, seeks a qualified and experienced company for the one-time supply and installation of a new electromechanical door at Building 20 at the UNGSC in Brindisi, Italy. The scope of works includes the delivery of a turnkey solution, comprising all design, supply, installation, civil and industrial works, electrical integration, testing, commissioning, and certification activities required to render the electromechanical door system fully operational.The works will be executed in three phases, including but not limited to:• Phase 1 - Executive Design, including site survey, executive architectural, structural and electrical design, contractor safety plan, and detailed work plan;• Phase 2 - Industrial and Civil Works, including the supply and installation of one (1) motorized electromechanical sliding folding door, supporting galvanized steel structure with foundations, new electrical system and integration with existing infrastructure, sandwich panels infill, rainwater flashing, and PVC strip curtain door;• Phase 3 - Testing and Commissioning, including final testing, certificates of conformity, as-built documentation, disposal of materials, and site cleaning.All works shall include all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, lifting devices, transportation, consumables, and qualified personnel.Subcontracting is permitted only for minor activities.
