The University intends to purchase an AVANCE NEO 400MHz or compatible NMR console to replace an obsolete one to be coupled with a Bruker AV 400Mhz magnet already in possession of the requesting structure. With this notice we intend to verify 1) whether there are instruments compatible with the one in questionct of the notice 2) if the
same instrument can be offered at more advantageous conditions by other suppliers
