Description: Object of this procedure is the stipulation of a framework agreement governing the sale of petroleum products by AU in the conduct of the central organism functions of Italian storage; These products will be delivered to the supplier in "Ex Works (EXW) / Free On Board (FOB) / FREE CARRIER (FCA)" mode. The subjects who will be considered suitable by AU / OCSIT will subscribe a framework contract and will be entered in a list (hereinafter "Buyers list"). The subscription of the Framework Agreement and the consequent registration in the Buyers list give the right to participate in the subsequent races that AU / OCSIT will indicate for the sale of petroleum products. The subscription request can be presented at any time and in any case no later than 14.11.2025
